Utah Court Reporters Association is "Raising the Bar." Our profession is currently facing challenges and opportunities it has never experienced before. UCRA has formulated this year's convention to arm you with the tools you need to overcome the obstacles that have been put in our way, and teach you the skills that will propel you into the magnificent future this profession holds for those with the keys to succeed in this new world we're facing. Review the attached agenda for detailed descriptions of the pertinent and viable information and training you will receive during these invaluable sessions. In addition to the training sessions, NCRA Director Adam Miller will get you updated on the status of the national horizon of our profession. There are so many important issues that we need to be involved with on a grassroots level to ensure the longevity of our livelihoods. Attendance at the UCRA board meeting will also be vital as we unfold the new vision of UCRA, to provide our members with increased value and opportunities. (And the food's gonna be GREAT too!) This is NOT the year to miss UCRA's Spring Convention. We're sure you would regret missing all there is to receive. If you have any questions, please contact Debbie Dibble at 328-1188 or Vickie Larsen at 565-1609. If you have registration questions, Treasurer Rod Felshaw can be reached at 435-734-4604.
