Dearest Court Reporters of Utah …
We have three fabulous opportunities to showcase our skills and promote our profession to two very important groups of consumers. The first is coming up in a month, June 22nd, 23rd, and 24th. The Hearing Loss Association of America (HLAA) is holding their annual convention in Salt Lake City, and the National Court Reporters Association (NCRA) will be sponsoring a booth. We are inviting the wonderful reporter of Utah to volunteer to man the booth to share the benefits that court reporting can bring to this group of individuals. We will also be hosting a Veteran’s History Project event, focusing on those veterans that have lost hearing or have impaired hearing due to injuries while in the service of our country.
Please see the attached brochures for more information and how to contact us to register for a time when you can serve.
The next opportunity that we will have is in September, so we will have more information when that gets closer. As a preview, the CTC (Court Technology Conference) will be hosted in Salt Lake City as well. This is an invaluable opportunity for us to show the decision makers in the legal profession the value of court reporters.
As I said, we will provide more information on that shortly. In the meantime, please read the attached brochures and give us a call to let us know you are interested in helping with these great opportunities. Let’s show the court reporters of the nation what the reporters in Utah can do!
Thank you in advance!
